All changes can be managed easily online. Refer to the "thank you" email you were sent when you submitted your request (Can't find? Check & mark allow in your spam folder).
Submitted the wrong email address when setting up your profile? Email email@example.com or use the contact form on the bookings page.
Online bookings are discounted to save time so all other changes should be made by yourself as explained above.
